It was held in both physical and virtual mode (online and offline parallel) on YouTube, zoom and other Chinese platforms as well.&nbsp;Speaking on the occasion,&nbsp;Dr&nbsp;N. Nandakumar, the Consul General of India in Shanghai, appreciated the Brahma Kumaris Inner Space for organizing a programme aimed at promoting healthy and happy living. He said that the Consulate will continue to support such programmes in future as well.&nbsp;Sister BK Sapna conducted a meditation session focusing on reducing stress in&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;life. The session provided practical tips for making meditation a part of daily life and stress management through&nbsp;self-control, forgiveness, kindness and compassion.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>The programme was
