First seva kendra was opened on 19.8.1973 at Cuttack in Odisha by Raj Yogini Bk Kamlesh didi ji,In Charge Cuttack Subzone. In connection with this one programme was held at Angul. Kamlesh didi ji, the pioneer of Odisha Brahma kumaris, BK Sulochana, additional in charge of Cuttack Sub zone were present on the stage. Honourable\u00a0Union Minister of Education and Skill Development Sri Dharmendra Kumar Pradhan was the chief guest. Bk Nathmal, Bk Gyan, BK Mohan, Bk Arun\u00a0Kumar\u00a0Panda, Senior Journalist are also the guests present.<br>The minister said that Her Majesty Smt.
