Kolkata WB:<\/span><\/strong> The Programme on “Eradication of Stress through Self Empowerment” was organised on 15th and 16th May 2023 at Fort William, HQ Eastern Command Kolkata by Brahma Kumaris, Kolkata Museum and Security Services Wing, RERF, Mt. Abu.<\/strong>
Lt Gen RP Kalita, GOC-in-C Eastern Command along with Senior Officers and Jawans of Eastern Command attended the programme. <\/strong>BK Deepa Behn, Mumbai, Prof. Swaminathan from Kerala, BK Chanda Behn, Rajyoga Teacher, Kolkata Museum and Col. BK Sati Bhai, SSW National Coordinator from Mt. Abu conducted motivational and meditation sessions for the participants.
Brother Swaminathan said, “Thoughts are like a seed. Whatever thoughts we think \u2013 we get the fruit of those thoughts (good or bad). What happens in the mind can be so real \u2013 but we need to learn how to talk to our own minds. Tame the mind. <\/strong>We need to replace our thoughts like a mother would replace an unsafe toy for a baby.   She replaces the toy with the child\u2019s next favorite toy and we have to do that with our harmful thoughts. We need to take responsibility for what we are thinking.”
BK Deepa Behn gave a brief introduction about the Self and the Supreme Self.<\/strong> And how the cycle of mind, intellect and personality governs our life.
Brother Col. BC Sati shared his experiences of how spirituality made him powerful internally,<\/strong> and he became more Fearless and Bold and was able to face external Challenges in military life successfully.
Virendra ji<\/strong>, former DGP & Chief Commissioner of State Information<\/strong>, Govt of WB said light on the advantages of Rajyoga. During his address, he emphasized the practical implementation of Rajyoga in different areas of life, highlighting its ability to empower individuals and Facilitate personal growth 
Rajyogini BK Kanan, in charge of Eastern HQs, Brahma Kumaris, Kolkata in her blessing note said, \u201cWe can motivate any others when we ourselves are Powerful and can tackle any demanding situation with Soul Power. <\/strong>Our Soul Consciousness never allows us to commit anything wrong.\u201d She further said that Raja Yoga helps to develop these qualities in us. Raja Yoga and Spirituality enlighten the Truth. She said that Raja Yoga teaches us to lead a balanced life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
