Kumaran &#8211; Director Social Welfare Dept, Govt of&nbsp;Puducherry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The keynote&nbsp;address has been given by BK Kavita &#8211; Rajyoga Teacher, Puducherry.&nbsp;About 600 participants took part in the Rally campaign.
