Brahma Kumaris Centre in Tyumen was established in the year of 2014. Sudha Didi visited the city for spiritual service to the BK family and to the people of the beautiful city. The weather forecast did not promise the Sun but as soon as the dear guest came the Sun began to shine. It’s a belief in Russia that the visit of guests to the city definitely brings pleasant weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warm welcome program<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tyumen divine family greeted Didi with a beautiful song composed by one of Baba\u2019s children. Didi got acquainted with each child, giving drishti, gifts and toli from Moscow in an atmosphere of happiness and joy. BK Valentina from Moscow too accompanied Didi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mama\u2019s Day and Raksha Bandhan<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During Didi\u2019s visit there was a celebration of the International Yoga Day and also Mama\u2019s Day and Raksha Bandhan. Didi gave class on the theme \u201cPower of purity in Bramins\u2019 life\u201d. The atmosphere was defused with the power of purity and as the family celebrated the sacred festival on the Day of Mama, the mother of God’s Yagya and goddess of Knowledge, Saraswati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyday Amritvela yoga with Didi was a special gift as every child of the Father was fully absorbed in the Ocean of love and happiness. The family felt Didi\u2019s wholehearted concern and sustenance the family<\/p>\n\n\n\n

City walk<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daily walks around the historical centre of the city were not just walking but gave us BKs a unique chance to hear a lot of interesting stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A public program was held in the yoga studio \u201cMudra\u201d. Didi\u2019s lecture \u201cLife without worries and fears!\u201d gave everyone an understanding of how to save their vital energy living in a big and noisy city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Day of Yoga<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The International Day of Yoga festival took place not in the open air in the park but in the sports complex in the center of the city because of rainy weather on that day. Senior Teacher of Raja Yoga Sudha Didi, Director of the Spiritual Development Center in Moscow Sudha Rani Gupta and the head of the Department of the physical culture and health Alexander Sannikov opened the festival. The festival takes place every year with the support of the Administration for Sport and Youth Policy of the city. Sudha Didi gave a unique meditation practice and a lecture \u201cGaining inner powers\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

The city holiday for IDY was held at a high level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Sunday meeting \u201cHow to keep peace and joy in different life situations\u201d became the culmination of the festive events. The meeting was held in a popular city place \u201cBoiling Point \u2013 Tyumen\u201d and gathered many people who are in search of spiritual harmony. Didi explained how to maintain happiness, peace and joy, what are the seeds of soul diseases, and why we feel bad. Didi gave the method on how to overcome the state of sadness: the more we comprehend spiritual wisdom, the more we can overcome this state with the help of our thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
