PCDA (Principal Controller of Defence Accounts) Program on  \u201cEmotional Wellness and  Meditation\u201d and Raksha Bandhan were celebrated by the 300 personnel of PCDA (Western Command).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following two programmes were organized in the premises of Rajyoga Bhawan sector 33, Chandigarh as part of the divine rakhi celebrations:-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
