While we may be materially independent, we often seek love, peace, and respect from others, making our emotions dependent on external sources. Further Sister Shivani <\/strong>emphasised that meditation is not about eliminating thoughts but about aligning with our original nature through positive thoughts. By recognizing ourselves as souls, our natural qualities of love, peace, and happiness emerge effortlessly. She elaborated that it is through Rajyoga Meditation that we learn to find inner peace and approach relationships, work, and life not to gain happiness, but with the happiness and peace we already possess. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rajyogini BK Asha Didi<\/strong> graciously shared her insights regarding self-exploration. Exploring the self leads to power and wisdom and mastering the self brings strength. Through self-talk and moments of silence, we begin to heal and uncover the treasures within. By reconnecting with our intrinsic virtues and values, we can revive and master them, increasing our inner power and becoming more aligned with our true nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sister BK Vidhatri<\/strong> shared the real meaning of \u2018Power\u2019 and the easy way to \u2018Empowerment\u2019 with all the participants and made them aware of their inner powers and the technique of meditation to arouse those powers. The insights and experience of meditation was a big take-away for all the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
