How to stop being sick?\u00a0 The Healer Within Me,\u00a0The Heart-Fiery Engine and Issues of Immunity<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moscow,Russia:<\/mark><\/strong> With the inspiration of Sudha Didi, members of the\u00a0BK Medical Wing,<\/em>\u00a0prepared few events at Mayak Mira on the themes:\u00a0How to stop being sick?<\/em>,\u00a0The Healer Within,\u00a0<\/em>The Heart-Fiery Engine andIssues of Immunity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The topic of health traditionally attracts the attention of a large number of people. The combined format of the festival: online and offline, expanded the geography of participation and allowed people with limited mobility to benefit as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organisers of the festival: Members of the Medical Wing of the Brahma Kumaris, Moscow, paid special attention to the importance of spiritual health. Greeting the opening session “How to stop being sick?” <\/em><\/strong>Didi Sudha, Director  of the Brahma Kumaris,  Moscow, made a deep impression on all listeners. She immersed everyone in the spiritual world of goodness, love and peace and advised to replace the idea of oneself as a sick person with the realisation “I am God’s favorite child.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Liliya Nechipurenko, Dentist <\/strong>very interestingly covered the connection between nutrition and health. Along with the remedies to the teeth connected diseases she also took the topic of health of the body as a whole and gave many useful recommendations to the listeners about“How to stop being sick?”. <\/em>Dr. Alexey, <\/strong>Psychotherapist<\/strong> shared his experience of how three types of faith: in oneself, in the doctor, in the God help to recover faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme “The Healer Within Me” <\/em><\/strong>was opened by the lecture “Being Healthy. Where to Start?”. <\/em> Leyla Aliyeva, <\/strong>Medical Psychologist<\/strong> spoke about the influence of the state of mind on human health, as well as the importance of a positive attitude and the prevention of stress and depression. Interesting slides and exercises helped the audience better understand how to make positive changes in their lives. Dr. Svetlana Govorun, Ophthalmologist,<\/strong> shared with the participants her deep experience of transformation based on the knowledge and practice of Raja Yoga and inspired them to introduce meditation and the study of virtues into their lives. Svetlana’s<\/strong> kindness and inner strength created an extraordinary atmosphere of peace and love. After the programme, the participants could meet with doctors in person, visit an art therapy group and a relaxation room, meditation rooms, and personal meetings with senior BKs. Delicious, healthy tea and fruits were waiting for everyone in the lobby. Everyone was touched by the attention, warmth and care. The guests did not want to leave and continued to share their inspiring impressions of the festival programmes. Most of the festival participants expressed a desire to continue their education at the Center and make positive changes in their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Followed by the public programmes, two more lectures were held online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The most relevant topics were chosen for them: heart health and strengthening the immune system. The lecture “The Heart-Fiery Engine” <\/strong>aroused great interest. Dr. Yuri Arutyunov, <\/strong>Cardiologist<\/strong>spoke about how heart failure develops and what rules of a healthy lifestyle must be followed so that the heart remains healthy for many years. Dr. Alexey,<\/strong> explained how stress and mental tension affect the development of cardiovascular diseases, such as atherosclerosis, and conducted a relaxing meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Another lecture was devoted to\u00a0Issues of Immunity<\/strong>.\u00a0Dr. Alexey\u00a0<\/strong>presented in detail the scheme of the immune system, the reasons that cause immune disorders, as well as what needs to be done to strengthen it. A special part was devoted to karma and health, the deep causes of diseases. The programme ended with meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
