Every year, the All-Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League<\/em> holds congresses on psychology for the development of society where scientists share their experiences, present their latest research and discuss urgent issues in the field of psychology and psychotherapy.<\/em> Programme began with the greetings by Prof. V.V. Makarov, President of the Congress. <\/strong>Programme was held in Moscow. BK <\/strong>Pavel Khoroshutin<\/strong><\/em> (Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Russia) <\/strong>took an active part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outstanding specialists and experts from all continents and countries where psychotherapy is developing were invited to the congress to present their scientific achievements and conduct seminars, conferences, symposiums, training and master classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pavel Khoroshutin<\/em><\/strong> spoke in the field of spiritual psychology on behalf of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pavel Khoroshutin<\/em><\/strong> is the<\/em> Director of the Center for Scientific Psychology “Technologies of the Ideal”, a psychologist, psychotherapist, teacher, practical behavioral psychologist and researcher with 20 years of experience. He is the head of the modality of behavioral psychotherapy of the All-Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League, the author of behavior modification technology 7s Psy, holder of patents in the USA, Europe, Vietnam and Russia.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bro. Pavel <\/strong>spoke through telecommunication channels from the city of Irkutsk and presented a presentation along with a report where he justifies the scientific nature of the meditation of Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga<\/em><\/strong>. His theme was “Analyzing remembering God through <\/em>Raja Yoga as taught world-wide by Brahma Kumaris”.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main goal of the intellectual and creative workshop Voice and Soul is to inspire each participant to unlock their creative potential and to practically seek harmony between their inner content and outer expression. There is no need to be afraid to share the light of your soul with the world! One must simply keep learning all the time. On one hand, it\u2019s about exploring your inner world, and on the other, it\u2019s about learning to express and manifest your thoughts and feelings beautifully, clearly, and meaningfully in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many interesting activities take place during the meetings: workshops by creative individuals and psychologists on various topics related to public speaking, exercises for diction and voice development, practical tasks for enhancing intellectual abilities, games, and contests. Participants also have the opportunity to perform creative pieces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the intellectual and creative workshop for youth \u201cVoice and Soul\u201d <\/strong>a master class On the Way to the Goal<\/em> <\/strong>was held at Angels House, Moscow<\/em><\/strong>. The audience were offered to use the method of neurography. This is a creative method that helps to realise the problem and find its solution through drawing using a special algorithm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests came to the programme with genuine interest and enthusiasm. They chose one common goal and began to pave the way to it by an unusual route. When took the pencil, the aged participant felt like a happy child but made bright inspirational drawings. They always keep the desire to attend yet another challenging event! At the end, BK Leyla Aliyeva <\/em><\/strong>conducted silent meditation to fill the souls with love, peace, purity…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BK Elena Titova, <\/strong>under the guidance of Sudha Didi <\/strong>beganThe project Voice and Soul which <\/em>is becoming a popular platform for the youth and aged to find the spirit inside.<\/em> It covers a variety of themes such as Unlock the Creator Within, Sounding New, Change While Staying True to Yourself, Creative Meeting-Concert, The Words Reflect the Soul, <\/em>The Art of Communication, On the Path to Your Goal, On Your Own Note.<\/em> It may go to the Regional level service if courage will suffice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creative Club “Songs about the Soul”, <\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme “Songs about the Soul” <\/strong>was held at the Irkutsk Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Cente<\/strong>r. More than 30 guests gathered to feel the inner self, the soul. The programme began with joyful live music which created an atmosphere of cooperation and unity. Many also watched the program online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BK Pavel Khoroshutin<\/strong>, a well-known<\/em>Irkutsk<\/strong> poet and singer<\/em> hosted the programme. Pavel<\/strong> said that he has been studying the Raja Yoga Spiritual Knowledge for more than 10 years and his songs are about his exploring the soul, as well as the qualities of the soul. The audience listened to songs about peace, love, power, purity, happiness, wisdom and also about how the soul manifests these qualities.<\/em> Towards the end of the concert, guests tried to dive into bliss and then talked about that main quality of the soul: what the bliss is, and what we need to do to experience bliss in our life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The guests got acquainted with the pictures about Spiritual Knowledge, received toli, blessing cards and much more. They decided to meet again with young pianists from the music school named after Chopin <\/em>for the program. In the atmosphere of simplicity and warmth no one wanted to leave Centre and felt that all souls are brothers and have One Father – the Supreme Soul.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
