    The program featured esteemed BK Suraj Bhaiji<\/strong> and BK Geeta Didi<\/strong> from Mount Abu, who guided senior defence officers, IAS under trainees, and officials from various defence branches on the transformative power of Rajyoga meditation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \uf0b7  BK Anita Didi<\/strong> facilitated meditation sessions, enhancing the spiritual experience of the attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The chief speakers from Brahma Kumaris were welcomed with plants, shawls, and mementos<\/strong> in appreciation of their contributions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2.      <\/strong>Highlights of the Program at Raksha Lekha MahaNiyantrak Bhawan:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The programme was organised on the topic \u201cEnhancing inner strength through Rajyoga Mediation\u201d under the guidance of CGDA Devika Raghuvanshi <\/strong>with her officers at their office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The talk was given by respected Bk Geeta Didi<\/strong> and BK Anita Didi<\/strong> facilitated meditation sessions. More than 400 officers attended the programme.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3.      A special Yoga Bhatti<\/strong> was also conducted at the RK Puram Centre in honour of BK Suraj Bhai\u2019s visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
