Dadi Janki’s journey was shared as an example of how inner transformation breaks barriers, proving that soul consciousness transcends limitations. A brief history of the Brahma Kumaris was provided, highlighting how spiritual empowerment has uplifted countless women, fostering leadership through meditation, self-mastery, and connection with the Divine Source. Stories were shared illustrating how meditation and self-awareness enable women to reclaim their power, turning struggles into triumphs. The Women’s Empowerment Series, based on the Transformative Women’s Leadership Approach (an alternative name for the Shiv Shakti Leadership Approach) and aligned with global gender equality goals, was introduced, advocating for leadership rooted in wisdom, love, and cooperation. She emphasized that gender is of the body, and that every soul—man or woman—needs empowerment. She explained how, from childhood, we become trapped in the highs and lows of gender-based consciousness. A truly empowered woman does not wait for the world to acknowledge her worth- she realizes it from within. She inspired the audience with a call to action: it is time not just to seek change, but to be the change—to lead not with aggression, but with grace; not with fear, but with faith; not with competition, but with cooperation. Because when women rise, societies transform and the world transforms.

Awards
Sister Bindu received an official citation from the State of Oklahoma, recognizing her as the 2025 International Women’s Day Woman’s Ambassador of the Year.

Parade to conclude

We had a parade of women from 26 countries all over the worldwearing outfits representing each country.

There were representations from Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela ,

Group picture of the participants

Native American song performance

Here are more pictures: Google Photos Album

Here is the document with a summary in brief of what the speakers shared

Some, after listening to Sister Bindu and having noticed her gentle yet confident and powerful demeanor, were curious about how power and gentleness could coexist.
