Tashkent,Uzbekistan:<\/mark><\/strong> Time, dear brother\u00a0Atam Prakash, Senior Teacher of Raja Yoga of Brahma Kumaris, Madhuban<\/strong>\u00a0visited Tashkent, Capital city of Uzbekistan\u00a0<\/strong>to meet the BKs and to conduct a couple of public programmes of\u00a0Raja Yoga (RY).<\/em>\u00a0As a specialist Atambhai\u00a0explained the theory of Raja Yoga, as taught at\u00a0Brahma Kumaris world-wide,<\/strong>\u00a0at two places where hatha yoga is practiced. Theory and practice gave rise to easy forms of learning Raja Yoga. The company of a Raja Yogi\u00a0from Abu, India, which\u00a0is well known as a sacred place of\u00a0Yogis, gave the learners an alokik experience and ease with the practice of RY for more than an hour.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bro. Atam ji also had an interest to get acquainted with the city and\u00a0Uzbeks.<\/strong>\u00a0He was taken on tour in Tashkent and refreshed with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0Indian diaspora<\/em>\u00a0of\u00a0Tashkent<\/strong>\u00a0also had an opportunity to meet the guest from\u00a0Madhuban.<\/strong>\u00a0The friendly\u00a0get-together had about 50 listeners.\u00a0\u00a0After a short rest the guest went on an excursion to the monument to\u00a0Lal Bahadur Shastri and\u00a0Amir Temur Square.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Embassy of India, Atam bhai was also received by\u00a0Her Excellency the Ambassador of India to Uzbekistan, Ms. Smita Pant.<\/strong>\u00a0The meeting took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere and ended with several minutes of powerful yoga, which was conducted by\u00a0Bro Atam Prakash.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Short and sweet visit remained in our heart an unforgettable gift for us and for listeners from Baba.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
