PARTICIPATION IN THE PERSONALITY PSYCHOLOGY FESTIVAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year, the Center for Spiritual Development in Yekaterinburg<\/em><\/strong> participates in the largest Psychology Festival at the invitation of the Psychofest Association, which takes place at the Atrium Palace Hotel. This event is usually attended by about 1,500 people. Lectures, workshops, transformational games, art therapy, and neurography are widely presented at the festival. The festival is organized by a team of enthusiasts who are passionate about development and learning and brings together those who are willing to share their knowledge and those who need this knowledge for personal growth and improving quality of their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The festival visitors were greatly interested in the platform of the Center for Spiritual Development. In addition to the interactive game “Dobroscope”, acquaintance to the literature and activities of the CSD, as well as the presentation of the project “Inner Compass: 36 Virtues”, a novelty was introduced \u2013 a brief explanation of the Knowledge using the pictures “Soul”, “Supreme Soul”, “World of Souls”, “Achievements in Raja yoga”. The participants of the festival showed a special interest in the aspects of the spiritual knowledge of Raja yoga. For 7 hours, an endless line of people who wanted to learn the truth about the soul, about their original qualities, and about God as the Source of all virtues and spiritual powers, were going to the CDR platform. The atmosphere of kindness, peace, and respect, attracted people like a magnet. Many of them took photos of the presented materials, the Dobroscope cards and Spiritual Knowledge pictures. Each participant received a card with good wishes, and an invitation to the next program at the Center for Spiritual Development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time, we explored Happiness, Enthusiasm, and Satisfaction from the ocean of all virtues. And not just explored, but also held a workshop on cooking the most nutritious food for the soul. After watching the music video “Happiness, Where Are You?”, we thought about how and when we are happy, and why happiness disappears. We realized that our own thoughts are the foundation of happiness. They say that happiness loves silence. A few minutes of silence prepared us for cooking a nutritious dish. We often hear the saying “If you want to be happy, be it!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have shared a proven recipe for this perfect dish. We have collected the ingredients for the most nutritious food for the soul: solitude, faith, and the consciousness of the soul. The kneading process included: being aware of myself as a soul and thinking of my original qualities: purity, peace, and love. The whipping process: I, the soul, feel my original qualities within me: purity, peace, and love. The shaping process: when I feel like a pure, peaceful, and loving soul, I feel joy and happiness. The baking process: I\u2019m flying to the Supreme Source, the Ocean of Happiness, and fill myself with happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our dish is ready for serving:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I give happiness to all souls and elements of nature, and continue to fill myself with happiness from the Supreme Source. The more I give, the more I receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Then we discussed enthusiasm and satisfaction and suggested the methods to practice the virtues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methods for finding happiness:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Create strong thoughts of happiness, and your body and mind will always be happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Do not adopt anyone’s weaknesses or think about them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Whatever the circumstances, never lose your happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Wherever you go, give your happiness there. In return, you will receive a lot of happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve satisfaction, it is necessary:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Not to calculate what we lack, but to appreciate and make fruitful use of what we have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Don’t complain or beg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Do everything that we can from our heart, and accept the result, whatever it may be, maintaining lightness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To stay enthusiastic, you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Believe in yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
