Kathmandu,Nepal: On the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the Brahma kumaris Nepal Youth Wing organized a significant motivational program centered on the theme “The Road to Spirituality.” The event took place at the Nirnaya Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center, Grace Foundation Women’s Rehabilitation Centre, and United Fellowship Nepal School of Recovery in Lamatar, Lalitpur where altogether 150 drug and alcohol victims were benefitted.
The gathering featured Brahma Kumar Binod Agrawal as the main speaker, who provided profound insights into the benefits of spiritual practices in overcoming substance abuse. Supporting the initiative, Brahmakumari Upma, Brahma Kumar Vishwanath and Brahmakumar Santosh led sessions on Rajyoga meditation and shared inspiring messages aimed at promoting a drug-free lifestyle.
The program highlighted the essential role of spirituality in addiction recovery, offering participants practical tools and motivation for personal transformation. It reflected the Brahmakumaris’ commitment to addressing social issues through spiritual empowerment and community engagement.
