Seychelles: The spirit of the 50th Anniversary Celebration for the service in Africa continues. In July we had a special occasion of meeting his excellency the President of Seychelles Mr. Wavel Ramkalawan at State House in Victoria. Baba had wonderfully given a signal for the encounter in that day’s murli Murli of 19th July 2024
‘’If you explain this to even one eminent person, everyone else will also continue to listen to you. Speak to them whilst in a state of yoga and everyone will even forget the time, etc. No one will be able to say anything. Instead of 15 to 20 minutes, they will sit there listening to you for even an hour. However, you need that power. There mustn’t be any body consciousness.; ‘No matter how great a position someone has, even if he is the Commander-in-Chief of the Air Force, the Army or the Navy, what is all of that compared to you?
And so we applied Baba yukti’s and, what was meant to be a 15 minutes meeting indeed went on for an hour exactly as had said. We explained to him the service we have been doing and he was particularly impressed by the positive thinking in schools. We impressed upon him our wish for him to visit Madhubhan for Peace of Mind Program and he was very keen & impressed and told us to send him the details. We talked about the Africa 50th anniversary celebrations and celebrated with him by tying him Rakhi together with a themed white band and gave him blessing and books( Dadi Janki’s companion with God). We also discussed the possibility of moving the Centre to another quieter & spacious location, and he was very encouraging and ready to help. Below find the photos that captured the event.
In 14th July Bro. Francis & Sister Valentina conducted a program on ‘Mindfulness’ to about 120 Staff members of the Central bank of Seychelles, including the governor during their whole day retreat in the sister island of Prasline. They had chattered a luxurious speed boat for the one hour trip, amid a very turbulent sea which we all bravely beared with the light & might of our great companion-the true Ocean . We also celebrated the 50th Anniversary with them by sharing the white themed band and made them tie rakhi to each other and gave them blessings. They were impressed by the program and promised to call us for more programs in the future.
