Kohima NL: Brahma Kumari Kohima Center director & program coordinator of some districts in Nagaland Sister BK Rupa tied rakhi to Nagaland Governor Shri La Ganeshan.
The Governor also honoured sister Rupa by covering her with a traditional muffler.
