Bk Sister Sapna tied the Sacred thread of Rakhi to Mr. Shambhu L. Hakki, the Consul General of India in Guangzhou, China.
Rakhi also tied to all officers of the Indian consulate along with spiritual significance of festival. There was also a fruitful discussion about organising some cultural exchange events for enhancing harmony and understanding between the two cultures by promoting the original and common values and meditation.
