Davangere Karnataka:
1. Jail
On 16th of August, “Prajapita Brahmakumaris” Davangere, conducted an event of Rakshabandhan in district Sub-Jail; wherein more than 300 jail inmates have attended and felt blessed. The ‘Chief Jailer’ and other police personnel were also among those who were benefited by this event.
2. Sanitation Worker
On 16th of August, “Prajapita Brahmakumaris” Davangere, have conducted a Rakshabandhan program in the office of Davangere Municipal Corporation; wherein more than 300 staff members have participated and understood the significance of Rakshabandhan and God’s incarnation.
3. BK Family – Shivalaya
On 17th of August, Davangere’s BK family, have organized Rakshabandhan program in ‘Shivalya’, Davangere District; wherein more than 400 Baba’s children have participated and tied the knot of Rakhi in Baba’s remembrance.
4. Media
On 18th of August, Davangere’s BK family, have organized and conducted, Rakshabandhan program for Media personnel in ‘Shivalya’. More than 200 media personnel including press reporters, video journalists, photographers and relevant staff took part in the event and received Baba’s blessings besides tying Baba’s Rakhi.
5. VVIP
On 17th and 18th of August, Davangere’s District in charge BK Leelaji, BK brothers & sister visited ‘District Collector’ and MLA and tied them Baba’s Rakhi, besides explaining them the meaning of Raksha-Bandhan in true sense.
