China: Brahma Kumaris participation in ICCR Day celebration in Shanghai and GuangzhouBrahma Kumaris participated in ICCR Day celebrations by Consulate General of India in Shanghai and Guangzhou.
BK Sisters from Shanghai and Guangzhou centres had an active participation in the ICCR day celebration (The day of inception of India Cultural Relations Committee) held by both Indian Consulates in Shanghai as well as in Guangzhou.
Sisters of Diamond Culture group of Brahma Kumaris also performed dances and songs representing Indian culture to honour ICCR day, which was much appreciated by the audience.
At Shanghai Indian consulate it was a special gathering of Dignitaries representing different institutions and organisations in Shanghai such as Consul Generals of several countries, Chairman of Adani group in China, Presidents of Indian Associations in various cities of East China, Director of Raymond’s group in Shanghai , CEO of Tech Mahindra South Asia etc.. and more…. BK Sister Sapna was also invited as a honoured guest in this special gathering.
Guangzhou Indian consulate also held a singing competition (Hindi Songs) in which our Chinese bk sister Ivy was awarded first prize in the foreigners/Chinese category glorifying Baba’s name as she sang “Ye mutt Kaho khuda se meri mushkilen badi hain”
