Bhadrak,Odisha: International Day of Drug Abuse & illicit trafficking- 26th june was celebrated at Bhadrak,Odisha on joint association of District Social Security Department Brahmakumaris & NGO’s like Ashribad & School Childrens.Morning at 10am an awareness rally started from New collector office & traveled the main town road & reached the District Social security Department situated at old collectorate Bhadrak.More than 100 people participated rally.Afer Rally there was a deaddiction meeting conducted at BDO conference hall ,at Block office Bhadrak.Sis.BK Manju, Centre incharge Brahmakumaris,Bhadrak was the Chief Guest of the Occasion.District Social security officer Bro.pabitra Kumar Das, Sub-divisional Social Security officer Bro.Subash Chandra Nayak,Bro.padman Kumar Ray,OSD, collectorate,Bro.BK Akshya,Sis BK Sasmita present on the Dias.The meeting statrted at 11am & continued upto 12.30pm.Social security officers appreciated the role Brahmakumaris in society in transforming people towards a positive move.Sis.Bk Manju told that a combination of spirituality & proper rule & regulation drug abuse can be controlled.
