Guwahati,Assam: On the auspicious occasion of Rakshabandhan, His Excellency Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya Ji, Governor of Assam, was tied Rakhi by BK Jonali, Sub Zone In-charge of Guwahati, at Raj Bhawan, Guwahati on August 16, 2024.
