Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia: The Embassy of India celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga in Ulaanbaatar with participation of more than 250 people at the MNCCI Hall today. The event was also attended by several Yoga schools and showcased different forms of Yoga. While thanking the gathering, Cd’A a.i. said that Yoga promotes a holistic approach for the overall health and well being and celebrating together this event relates truly to theme of ‘Yoga for One Earth, One Health’ and encouraged everyone to try, practice and feel the vibe of Yoga movements for the relaxation and unification of body, mind and soul.
Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Center in Mongolia presented the Dhyan section of the protocol of IYD to the meeting.
The participants of the event saw a short performance with weights, during which it was very important to keep attention on the weights.
BK Inna spoke in detail about attention in the context of Raja Yoga according to the Brahma Kumaris method. “Today, it is extremely important for all of us to keep our attention on our true nature and be detached from any negative situations.”
After this, a meditation was held, where everyone could feel the true nature of the soul, realize themselves as a pure, peaceful light, a child of God, the Supreme Energy, the Ocean of Peace and Love, and then look at everyone with a look of unconditional love and happiness, a look of brotherhood.
A mini exhibition on the knowledge of Raja Yoga was held in the hall, invitations were distributed to a 2-day course on meditation, and a virtue scope was working.
It was a wonderful day for everyone.
