Amaravati,AP: The 5th Kumaris Retreat 2026 was successfully organized at the Universal Peace Retreat Centre (UPRC), Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. The three-day residential retreat was conducted under the guidance of BK Poonam Didi from Indore, renowned for her creative meditation commentaries and transformative spiritual training programs.
Special sessions included guided commentary meditation, self-reflection activities, spiritual action plans for Brahmin life, collective yog, and experiential exercises aimed at developing stability, fearlessness, self-respect, and spiritual empowerment.
