Bengaluru :, Karnataka: ShivShakti Leadership Initiative, India. An International project of Brahma Kumaris initiated by Brahma Kumaris representatives at United Nations was organised by Kumara Park Subzone, Bengaluru.
In the remembrance of Almighty God Shiva, program was inaugurated by lighting lamp by Dr. Savita didi, BK Saroja Didi, Dr. BK Sunita didi and all Shivshakti team members in the presence of Dr. Nirmala Didi.
Dr. Nirmala Didi ji (Joint Chief Administrator Head of Brahma Kumaris and Director of Australia, Asia, and Gyan Sarovar Academy, Mount Abu) –
Explained the tradition of women’s in 4 ages and their Swaroop. How gradually the transformation begins as the 4 ages goes on, they become Shivshakti by coming to Brahma Kumaris and gaining powers with Shiva Parmatma.
BK Dr. Savita Didi (Sr. Team member of Shivshakti India Region) –Explained about the memorial of women as initially they were deities and how they were worshipped. Also shared her experience on being a Shivshakti and motivated all. She also said how we all can serve the society by doing social services after attaining powers from Shiva Parmatma.
Smt. Vasantha Kavitha Shrikar K.C Reddy, Assistant Professor, Social Service, Working on Gender Sensitivity-
Expressed her personal experience as she has an intense connection with God Shiva and how came into contact with Brahma Kumaris. Also she said all women’s should bring back their powers by attending this ShivShakti program.
Dr. BK Sunita Didi (Focal Point Person, Shivshakti India Region) –gave brief introduction to this Shivshakti Initiative program and conducted an exercise called “Reflection” and interactive session through their Shivshakti team members.
Rajyogini BK Saroja Didi (Subzone In charge, Kumara Park, Bengaluru) –Addressed all the participants and explained the significance of women’s and their power in the society and how the transformations begins from Nari to Sri Lakshmi by inheriting powers with God Shiv Parmatma and become Shivshakti.
All the Shivshakti team members and honourable guest were felicitated by BK Saroja Didi ji and BK teachers form Kumara Park Subzone.
Around 100+ Women’s were participated in these Shivshakti Leadership program. All the participants expressed their experience as how they got benefited by attending this program and expecting more such special women oriented programs in future to empower women’s.
