Kolkata–Roy Bagan,west Bengal : Under the theme of Azadi Ke Amrit Mahotsav, Brahmakumaris Roy Bagan, Kolkata celebrated World Environment Day on 5th June 2022 At Gyan Sarovar, Phoolbagan, Kolkata by Hon’ble Dr. Ratna De Nag, Cabinet Minister of State for Environment Science, Technology and Bio-Technology, West Bengal.
Dr. Ratna De Nag, explained the role of Environment in our life followed by distributing certificates to students for participation in Summer Camp. Dr. Ratna De Nag explained children are like soil to Parents. You can mould them in the right direction by proper guidance. The program ended with a Pledge and Cultural Programme.
Summer Camp was organised for children for Age Group 7 -12 years from 1st June, 2022 to 5th, June,2022. In the Summer Camp various topics were covered like Personality Development, Time Management etc. More than 25 children participated in the programme along with Parents.
Rajyogini BK. Bindu, and several BK members participated in the plantation programme. Almost 125 members participated and involved in Planting Tree.
