Yelahanka: A public program on Indian Art and Culture organized

Yelahanka,Karnataka: A public program on Indian Art and Culture was organized by Brahma Kumaris Yelahanka New Town centre Kumarapark Bengaluru,  under the theme “Artist- The Creator of  Swarnim  Bharath”.

Artists from different fields namely Playback Singers, Dancers , Actors, Directors, Producers from film field, Painters etc were invited to exhibit their arts.

Rajayogini Didi B.K.Sarojaji, in charge, Kumarapark subzone, presided over the function.  Rajayogini Didi Leelaji in charge of the Davangere group of centres, created awareness on  time to change over to divine culture. Rajayogini Didi Vijayalakshmiji  narrated the importance of Rajayoga in current times.

Program was Inaugurated By  Shri Woodey P.Krishna, who is an Indian educationist, technocrat and social activist the Honorary General Secretary of Seshadripuram Educational Trust, President, Karnataka Gandhi Smarak Nidhi. Krishna is a recipient of the President’s Gold Medal, the highest National Award given for Red Cross humanitarian work of high order in 2012 from the Honourable President of India and the prestigious State Rajyotsava Award in 2004 for social work from the Government of Karnataka.

Shri G. N. Rajashekara Naidu  Actor,Producer, Director ,Distributor,Exhibitor and Development consultant and Journalist,

Smt. Arathi Nair An Indian Classical Dancer and Actress, Shri. B.R.Police Patil Poet, Play Writer ,Actor, Director, Singer, Folklorist, Ballad Writer cum singer, Social activist, Resource person in English etc. shared their greetings on this occasion.

Program was an eye opening session for all the participants, to realize rich divine culture is gradually getting lost, due western influences.
