Kohima NL: National Youth Day was celebrated with much pomp and show at 13 Assam Rifles, Kohima, Where youth from different schools located in Kohima and youth from different departments participated After the rally, a workshop was organized with the theme ‘Determined mind, successful life’ by the senior Meditation Teacher,motivational Counsellor & the director of Brahma Kumaris Kohima sister Rupa, Lt. Col. Puneet 2nd commanding officer including some other senior officers were present in this program.
Lt. Col. Said that it was an amazing mindfulness workshop done by B.K. sister & in future also this kind of workshop & seminars would be organised with the cooperation of Brahma Kumaris youth wing & Meditation centre, sister Rupa in her speech said ‘Whatever is lost in the mind is lost, if it is won in the mind then it is won’ Then she made everyone to take a pledge 1) to live a drug free life, 2)to live a positive life 3) at the same time to adopt Rajyoga meditation in life which is providing in Brahma Kumaris Meditation Centre remembering Swamiji on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda ji on 12th January, she inspired everyone that like Swamiji, we too have to remain completely focused and determined For that we have to increase the power of concentration within us, through Rajyoga meditation we can develop so many powers within ourselves.
