Chiloda,Gujrat: In campus of BSF Frontier Hq ,Gandhi nagar Gujarat ,a Meditation camp held by RAJYOGA Meditation centre Mota Chiloda on the Topic ‘Mind Body ,Medicine and Meditation’ . Ajay kumar ,2nd in Command (RAJYOGA adhar kumar ,since 2016 ) delivered lecture and Brahma Kumari Shruti Behan and BK Jigna behen gave powerful meditation class to more than 100 BSF WIFE MEMBERS under Aegis of Guj Bwwa ( BSF wife welfare association) . Chief guest of the occasion is Bwwa Head Smt Anushree Phatak and other important BWWA Members Smt Sujata singh Ma’am ( Bwwa secretary ) and Smt Namita Thakur (Cultual Secy ) and all other officers lady wife ,So’s lady wife and Prahari Sagani Attended .Smt Anushree phatak ,wife of Sh Abhishek Phatak ,IPS ,IG BSF GUJ Frontier accolades the work of Brahama kumari and meditation classes conducted by BK Shruti .She emphasised that all should do meditation twice a day for better health and happy living. Session was extremely useful and more session will be conducted in coming future.
