Mohali, Punjab: Brahma Kumaris sisters were invited for a session by Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mohali on the occasion of Nurse Day . Hospital is celebrating Nurses week .
Theme for the session was Stress Management and compassion at Workplace.
Session was attended by nurses, paramedical staff and senior nursing superintendent, nursing officers. BK Aditi, Rajyoga Teacher, Mohali gave various tips on how to manage our mind and how compassion can help us earn blessings in life. Session was followed by a deep experience of Meditation by BK Suman, Rajyoga Teacher, Mohali.
Everyone appreciated the way the session was conducted. Participants shared their takeaways from the session. Many of them expressed their interest to visit the BK centre to learn Rajyoga Meditation.
