Sri Lanka: Women’s programme held in Sri Lanka where the Brahma Kumaris were invited at 2 locations in NuwaraEliya and Negombo cities:
Negombo city programme:
The Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Center, Sri Lanka, participated in the International Women’s Day celebration organized by the National Fisheries Development Board. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Hon. Minister of Women and Child Affairs of Sri Lanka, Saroja Savithri Paulraj.
During the event, BK Sr. Sripriya spoke about the importance of nurturing inner spiritual values in women as a foundation for genuine women’s empowerment. Participants were then invited to experience a short guided meditation, offering a glimpse of Raja Yoga meditation.
We also had the opportunity to share the message of the Brahma Kumaris in Sri Lanka with Hon. Minister of Women and Child Affairs, Saroja Savithri Paulraj, and to engage in meaningful dialogue with Christian, Buddhist, and Islamic women leaders, together with more than 500 participants from across Sri Lanka who attended the event.
NuwaraEliya area programme:

BK Vanitha S (Psychologist / Yoga Instructor) and Raja Yoga meditation teacher as Guest speaker.
Sr.BK Vanitha gave a speech on Value of women and their spiritual powers.
