Chandigarh : Disability Equality, Protection and Conservation Campaign (दिव्यांग समानता एवं संरक्षण अभियान) was launched in Chandigarh from 29th April to 4th May in collaboration with the Disability Services Division of Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya Mount Abu and Chandigarh Administration.
The campaign covered all the special Schools/ Institutions / Associations / Rehabilitation centres for VI, HI, PH & ID of Chandigarh on the theme “Empowering persons with disabilities and ensuring inclusiveness & equality”. BK Suryamani Bhai , BK Atul Bhai, BK Shivprakash Bhai from madhuban were the main instruments for this service.
The aim and object of the campaign is to empower the differently abled persons through basic knowledge of Rajyoga Meditation and practical demonstration, which will enable them to face the challenges of life and help them to resolve some of the psychological issues like inferiority complex, fear of failure etc and Creating happiness, positive thoughts through specially designed value-based games and motivational songs.
