Abu Road,Rajasthan: U.N. observes 22nd April as “World Earth Day” every year. The theme of this year is “Our Power, Our Planet”. Brahma Kumaris and Scientists, Engineers & Architects Wing organized a programme at Anand Sarovar, Abu Road on Sunday, 20th April 2025. The chief Guest was Mr Satish Kumar Ghormade, Former Vice Admiral of Indian Navy, New Delhi. About 500 Participants attended the Programme. Each one in the audience took a strong determined thought that (Oath)
1) I will plant as many trees as possible and nourish them. On my birthday, I will plant at least 1 tree.
2) I will avoid single use plastic and if needed, I will use a biodegradable one.
3) I will adopt a simple living and non-vegetarian satwik diet for the safety of mother earth.
