Self-Transformation through Meditation Leads to World Change: Jayanti Didi

MADURAI, TN: Jayanti Didi, the Additional Administrative Head of the Brahma Kumaris, stated that self-transformation achieved through meditation can bring about a global transformation.

The Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Madurai Sub-Zone of the Brahma Kumaris were held grandly on Sunday evening at the Tamukkam Convention Centre in Madurai. Speaking as the special guest, Jayanti Didi, a Rajyogini with 70 years of spiritual practice, said:

“I congratulate everyone on the Golden Jubilee year of the Brahma Kumaris Madurai Sub-Zone. Humility is a quality that everyone should possess. When thoughts are clear, time is utilized effectively. The power of the mind is immense; it increases self-confidence and makes it easy to face challenges. Everyone shares the responsibility of creating a society filled with peace and harmony.

The Almighty has incarnated on this earth to create the ‘Golden World’ that we all desire. If we wish to enter that world, a positive internal transformation is essential. Rajyoga meditation greatly aids in this process.”

Dignitaries’ Addresses

Hon’ble P. Moorthy, Minister for Commercial Taxes and Registration (Tamil Nadu): “The Brahma Kumaris organization provides simple methods to follow the spiritual path. While Madurai holds many distinctions, the 50 years of selfless service by the Brahma Kumaris adds further pride to the city. There is a close link between the DMK, spirituality, and our core principles—this is what our leader, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, consistently emphasizes. I heartfully wish that the Brahma Kumaris continues to achieve spiritual milestones and that its benefits reach all sections of society.”

Justice G.R. Swaminathan, Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court: “The great power of love acts as a bridge connecting everyone. It is a matter of great pride that the Brahma Kumaris serves selflessly with the noble vision of benefiting people across the entire world.”
