A powerful and inspiring programme titled “Courage, Clarity & Compassion in Leadership” – Dialogue for Finance Leaders was successfully organised by the Brahma Kumaris at the Om Shanti Retreat Centre, Gurugram. The event witnessed the gracious presence of more than 120 distinguished participants including CEOs, CFOs, Directors, founders and senior finance professionals from diverse industries.


Welcome & Introduction

The programme began with Arrival & Refreshments followed by a warm Welcome & Introduction by BK Divya, Faculty, Om Shanti Retreat Centre, Gurugram. She set the spiritual tone for the gathering and welcomed the esteemed finance fraternity.


Glimpses of 12 Years of Finance Seva

The presentation on “Glimpses of Finance Seva” was delivered by BK CA Anuj, who highlighted the impactful journey of the past 12 years of dedicated services for finance professionals across the country. The session reflected how spirituality has been consistently integrated into leadership and governance platforms.


Setting the Context – CA Lalit Inani

CA Lalit Inani, Secretary, Brahma Kumaris, Mt. Abu, shared a remarkable insight that more than 7400 branches of Brahma Kumaris are under audit. He explained how accounts, legal and finance functions are managed smoothly and peacefully through spiritual discipline and clarity of thought.

He emphasised that spirituality strengthens inner stability, enabling leaders to handle large-scale responsibilities with balance and composure.


Insights by BK Sister Shivani

The enlightening session by BK Sister Shivani deeply resonated with the audience.

She spoke about the importance of compassion in the workplace and maintaining a healthy work–life balance. She shared practical, easy-to-implement lifestyle changes for holistic wellness — addressing both physical and mental well-being, especially tailored for finance leaders.

Practical Reflections – CA Bimal Jain

CA Bimal Jain, GST Litigation Expert and Founder of A2Z Taxcorp LLP, shared his rich professional experiences from taxation and litigation practice. He explained how courage and clarity are essential while dealing with complex compliance and regulatory matters.


Interactive Group Dialogue:

An engaging interactive dialogue session was conducted by BK Yeshu , Faculty & Programme Coordinator Finance Programme where finance leaders were divided into groups for discussion. Each group reflected on real-life leadership challenges and shared their perspectives on courage, clarity and compassion.

Every leader actively contributed and presented their group dialogues, making the session experiential, insightful and collaborative.
