Comment:
The main teaching in Brahma Kumaris worldwide is “Understanding Raja Yoga and becoming Truly Rajayogis”, and the essence of Raja Yoga is to become the king (Raja) of your mind and your sense organs so that to bring complete purity in your life. Further, thought is the seed of actions, behaviour, manners, relationships, in fact, the whole life. Hence, there is a need to feed everyday, in the morning, your intellect with one powerful, positive, nourishing thought. Allow the intellect to chew this food of positive energy during the day and have full attention to use this positive energy in your actions and relationships.
Happy to inform you that we have begun 21- days of special attention and practice of Raja Yoga dedicated to 12th International Yoga Day from June 1st to June 21st, 2026.
Following are examples of thoughts to practice:
1. 31st May: I, the soul, am an image of virtues…I have a pure and deep desire to make everyone, whom I meet, content…I see everyone with a positive attitude…and my enthusiasm to learn and grow remains constant and stable…
2. 1st June: I, the soul, am an image of success…I act wisely while maintaining the balance of being a child and a master. I act as a master with determination, when I need to make efforts for self transformation. And while in the gathering, while interacting with others, I act as a child, humble and respectful…
3. 2nd June: I, the soul, am full of Spiritual treasures of virtues, wisdom and powers…I use these treasures when I speak, act and interact with others…The more I use these treasures, the more they grow…So on.. till June 21st June

RussiaII. A Celebration of DedicationOnce again an idea emerged in the intellect of the 1st BK of Russia Region, Sis. Nadezhda Ganikovskaia! The idea was genuine. The idea was to honour the seniors from Bharat, who began the service, and also Baba’s children who became dedicated instruments to run the Centres and dedicated Centre-niwasis in the Region. Though all could not join physically, they emerged during the event. Below are the glimpses of the celebrations:.
The spiritual family in Moscow celebrated the “Feast of Dedication”. This special event was organized specially for those who dedicated their lives to God, who became center-nivasis and those who stayed at home and took responsibility for God’s Center and supported it.
45 special flowers of God’s garden, elevated spiritual instruments decorated with crowns of responsibility from Russia, the Baltic States, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Moldova, Mongolia met online. All of them had their own unique personal stories, but everyone made a step of courage and conscious choice for their whole lives. To dedicate one’s life to God, to live with God, is a great fortune. We are proud of all our instruments who became real helpers of God. And the task of all of us is to get inspiration from their examples and become Baba’s best children, students, and servers, and inspire others…
