Kohima,Nagaland: Rajyogini Rupa Behen, Director of the Brahma Kumaris Kohima Centre, paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Nagaland Shri Nand Kishore Yadav & on behalf of the organization presented a shawl and a spiritual gift as a mark of respect.
Retired teacher Chandralama and Physics Professor B.K. Arun Kumar Singh were also present during the meeting. Rupa Behen briefed the Governor about the various spiritual, social and value-based services being carried out by the Brahma Kumaris across Nagaland. She also shared information about the de-addiction awareness campaign and the nationwide pledge movement aimed at inspiring 10 crore citizens towards positive values and responsible living.
The Governor appreciated the humanitarian and value-based services of the Brahma Kumaris and remarked that such initiatives are highly beneficial for society. He conveyed his best wishes for the ongoing campaigns and encouraged the organization to continue its noble work. Rupa Behen also informed him about the upcoming programs to be organized in Kohima and other parts of Nagaland.
